These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply for all deliveries from Coodriver to consumers (§ 13 BGB – German civil code).
A consumer is any individual who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed neither to the commercial nor to the independent professional activity of the same.

3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop constitutes a legally binding offer that is accepted by the customer on placement of the order. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking on the “Place chargeable order” button you place a binding order for the goods/service listed on the order page. The purchase contract takes effect when we confirm your order/acceptance with an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.
The certificate of the sponsor, the activation codes, the GPS tracker, and the release of the name of the sponsor (unless anonymous sponsorship has been selected) will be sent once the payment has been made.
The activation or voucher code or the tracker will be sent only once the payment has been made.
4.1 Consumers have a fourteen-day right of revocation.

You can revoke your contractual declaration in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) within 14 days without giving reasons or – if the item is surrendered to you before expiry of the deadline – by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form but not before contract conclusion or receipt of the goods by the recipient and not before fulfilment of our information obligations in accordance with article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraphs 1 and 2 EGBGB (introductory law to the German civil code) and our obligations in accordance with § 312g paragraph 1 clause 1 BGB in conjunction with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Dispatch of the revocation or goods in time is sufficient to meet the revocation deadline. The revocation must be addressed to:

In the case of effective revocation the payments received by both parties must be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) drawn must be surrendered. If you are unable or partially unable to return or surrender to us the payments and benefits (e.g. advantages of use) received or if you are able to return or surrender them only in deteriorated condition then you must compensate us for the value. Items that can be sent by parcel shipment are to be returned at our risk. You must cover the usual costs of the return (of the tracker). This may result in you nevertheless having to fulfil the contractual payment obligations for the period until revocation. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period commences for you on dispatch of your declaration of revocation or of the item and for us on receipt of the same.

4.2 You can revoke the ordered service and you will be reimbursed for the processing fee / compensation for provision of the custom-made GPS tracker amounting to € 19.00.
4.3 Please return the goods to us as a prepaid package and retain the certificate of posting.
4.4 Before the return please inform us by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to give notice of the return.
4.5 Please note that the arrangements specified in paragraphs 4.3 to 4.4 are not a prerequisite for effective exercise of the right of revocation.
5.1 The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components. Only in the case of the SCHOOL SPONSORSHIPS that are awarded to companies/traders are the prices net prices and charged exclusive of statutory VAT at 19%.
5.2 An activation code subscription for 12 months costs € 12 incl. VAT at 19%.
5.3 The subscription is not renewed automatically.
6.1 Delivery of the item and provision of the service can be made only to Germany.
6.2 The delivery time is 3 to 7 working days from receipt of order while stocks last.
7.1 Payment is made in advance, by invoice, by immediate bank transfer or by “PayPal”.
7.2 If the method of payment in advance is selected then we will provide our banking details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Regardless of complete payment the goods (the hired GPS tracker) always remain our property.
When you have found the desired product / service offer you can place it in your shopping basket by clicking the (Place in shopping basket) button. You can view the contents of the shopping basket at any time with no obligation by clicking the (Shopping basket) button. You can remove the products/services again from the shopping basket at any time by clicking the (Delete) button. If you want to buy the products/services in the shopping basket click the (Checkout) button. Please enter your information. The mandatory details are marked *. Registration is not required. Your information will be transmitted in encrypted form. After entering your information and selecting the payment method the (Check entries) button takes you to the order page / acceptance process where you can check your entries again. Click on the (Place chargeable order) button to conclude the order process. The process can be cancelled at any time by closing the browser window. On the individual pages you can obtain further information e.g. on correction options.
The contract text is stored on our internal systems. The general terms and conditions can be viewed at any time on this page. The order data and the GTC will be sent to you by e-mail. For security reasons your order data can no longer be accessed on the internet after completion of the order.
