What is the Schutzranzen App?

The Schutzranzen App makes your child "visible" to drivers, even if the child hides behind a parked car or other obstruction.

Car drivers are alerted when school children with the Schutzranzen  App are nearby to avoid accidents.

Which versions exist?

The Driver App is available in Google Play Store and IOS Store.

The Child App is available in Google Play Store.

How do i activate the apps?

The Driver App does not require activation. The Child App can be activated directly in the Play Store or by entering a code. When buying a Scout Satchel you get, for example a 12-month voucher. If you do not have a voucher, you can also unlock the app through an in-app purchase.


How many phone numbers can be paired with a tracker?

You can pair 3 numbers with the tracker. These are called in succession after pressing the telephone button or the SOS button.

Are the trackers programmed?

At the moment the trackers are not customizable.

Do the tracker functions work outside of Germany?

The tracker can be used in the EU Zone.


What payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods available are Paypal and bank transfer.

How do i make a payment?

If you choose Paypal, the payment will be automatic. If you select "Invoice", you will receive the transfer information in your e-mail address.

If I choose bank transfer, is there a time limit for payment?

Payment within 14 days of the order.

If I am entitled a refund, what do I have to do to get one?

Dispatch and delivery

When do you deliver?

Delivery takes place within 10 business days after receipt of payment.

Can I get an express delivery?

We do not have this option.

Can the order be delivered to a different name or address?

At the time of ordering, you can specify a different name and delivery address.

Can i track my delivery?

We do not have this functionality.

What is the delivery cost?

The price for the tracker service already includes a one-time processing fee of € 19,00.

What should I do if there is something missing in my delivery?

At any time,  and you will get your deposit refunded.

My order receipt is incorrect. What should i do?

The tracker I purchased does not work properly. What should I do?
You can contact with the IMEI of the tracker as well as the phone number and the name of the tracker with which it was paired with the app.
